We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, cancellations, and refunds:

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your customer account using the same email you used to purchase the item to initiate a return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

General Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account using the same email you used to purchase the item. Navigate to your order, and use the "Request a Return or Cancellation" function. You will be asked to confirm your withdrawal and provide your name and order details. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order. If the 14-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. To cancel, log in to your customer account and submit a cancellation request on the relevant order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee applies to returned items. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads and digital content
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
