Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation (usually sooner). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (such as new releases or sales), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays by email.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, including to the European Union and other regions worldwide. We exclusively use DHL shipping to minimize surprise fees from customs duties and import taxes, but orders may be subject to other duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not guaranteed to be included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bookhighstreet@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping. Download instructions will be provided via email upon purchase.
